So When Does the Impeachment Process Begin?

The year 2012 is here.
It is the year of presidential election primaries, this time Republican candidates in the highlight of debates and the media pulling their usual tricks, in this instance the personal life of Newt Gingrich, a qualified and up-front candidate, who, along with Ron Paul is telling the people what he believes and knows will bring America back on track. Unlike Mitt Romney, who only paid 15% income tax last year despite his huge income, while other candidates were paying in the neighborhood of 30% to 33%. Mr. Romney also promises to get rid of ObamaCare, which is strange because in his state, as governor, he initiated a mini-Obama-Care program and Massachusetts is still one of the highest taxed states in America; and above all, he is inconsistent, changing his ideology (professed ideology) as the political wind blows.

It is the year of the US presidential election. It is the year We the People have the opportunity to replace a president that should never have been elected in the first place. His election took place, not because of his infamous ‘CHANGE‘ slogan or that he was qualified (he still hasn’t answered to the fact that he is not a legal American citizen); but because of what has been coined “White Man’s Burden”. All through the election process, most people when I asked why they were voting for Obama (once I knew who they supported), their reply was: “It’s time to have a Black president”. That is just as bad as NOT voting for someone because of their race or ethnic origins.

It is the year that Barack Hussein Obama has decided he is above the Constitution and can circumvent Congress, as though throughout his presidency he was constitutionally minded anyway. He has consistently pushed the socialist healthcare system and the advocacy of gun control that he and his cohorts have pushed for years. This time, however, Obama is the president, so he uses his czars and his controlled agencies to circumvent constitutional law in order to achieve his short- and long-term goals as a sociocrat.

According to the Daily Caller, written by Chris W. Cox, executive director of the National Rifle Institute for Legislative Action (NRA-ILA), who also serves as the NRA chief lobbyist:

Obama served notice to all Americans that he will continue to abuse executive privilege by seeking new ways to vilify gun owners and further his anti-gun agenda. Congress placed a provision in the $1 trillion omnibus spending bill for 2012 designed to bar the National Institutes of Health (NIH) from using any of its $30.7 billion taxpayer funds to “advocate or promote gun control.” However, upon signing the bill into law, President Obama issued a caveat of his own: “I have advised Congress that I will not construe these provisions as preventing me from fulfilling my constitutional responsibility to recommend to the Congress’s consideration such measures as I shall judge necessary and expedientIn other words: “Congress may pass laws, but I decide which of its laws are constitutional and which I can simply choose to ignore.” Of course, the Constitution doesn’t actually give the president this power … Congress is trying to prevent him from using a federal health agency, not to mention our tax dollars, as a weapon on his ongoing war against the Second Amendment. … Last month, email exchanges surfaced between employees at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE) that show the administration helped illegally transfer guns to violent Mexican drug cartels in order to manufacture a case for gun registration. Now gun dealers in four Southwest border states must abide by a new gun registration requirement, courtesy of BATFE, that forces them to register the sales of any law-abiding American who purchases more than one semi-automatic rifle within five business days. Congress never passed any law like this.

Fast and Furious” Scandal … As Forbes put it – This just may be Obama’s Watergate.

Obama’s citizenship and a myriad of other scandals – what is Congress doing about it? How much more do they need to impeach this guy? In my state of Wisconsin, some citizens are raising the banner to recall Governor Walker – just because he is doing what he said he would do during his campaign; and this president truly needs to undergo an impeach trail. What’s with that?

The last three presidents were, to put it mildly, under par when it comes to the presidency. Let’s vote smart and pass the word – primary elections ARE just as important as the national election for President of the United States. But above all – VOTE; don’t leave the votes for someone else.

Will we ever see REAL “Change”?

By the way, 2012 (December) is when the Mayan Calendar ends — people say a catastrophe with it. As the election year proceeds … we’ll see.
