ABC News did a recap of the VP debate last night. It was as expected. Despite polls showing practically a match in number, as though polls mean something only if ALL Americans are polled, and then gave the debate winner to Joe Biden. Known in some circles as “Mr. Plagiarism“.
Maybe because of his clownish demeanor?
is a completely loyal mouthpiece for the democratic-socialists of America. Last night he stuck to Rule No. 5
of Saul Alinsky
and his Rules for Radicals
Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. In addition, it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage.
The political tactic has nothing to do with truth and honesty, indeed it is a tactic that hides more than it reveals putting their opponents off the subject often, as well as the audience who are trying to make a voting decision. In this election, the choice is obvious, although in my case and probably the case of others, we are still choosing a president (Mitt Romney) not because we wanted him in the final push for the White House, but because We the People got stuck with him. However, this does not mean that Mr. Romney will not or cannot surprise us. After all, if he can steer our government like he did with business in the private sector and get a fiscal budget going that matches what he did at the Salt Lake City Olympics – we are looking towards a light at the end of the tunnel.
For those of you who do not know who Saul Alinsky
is, below is a brief overview. Remember, when Obama was first president, he was seen carrying his book
around reading it – not that he had not read it before or used its political tactics
and Alinsky’s book like a Bible
, or a Qur’an
, since he has worn a gold Islamic ring for years. Alinsky taught Obama everything about how to be a Flimflam man
, born in 1909 and died in 1972, was an American community organizer and author of books about community organizing and socialism, despite the Wikipedia
entry that states:
…has been compared to Thomas Paine as being “one of the great American leaders of the nonsocialist left.“
Alinsky’s Rule Bookhad much of the tactics found in the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx. So do not tell me that he belongs to the “nonsocialist” left. Besides, there is no such thing anymore since the days of JFK – who was the last good Democrat (better than FDR, equal to Ronald Reagan).
His ideas were later adapted by some US college students and other young organizers in the late 1960s that formed the Maoist-Lenin factions funded by the communists and demonstrations against the Vietnam War.
But Joe Biden in his debate, not only used Alinsky’s tactics, but played the clown. The situation across America is no laughing matter.
If a wise man has an argument with a fool, the fool only rages and laughs, and there is no quiet. Proverbs 29:9
Joe was the only one laughing … Paul Ryan, the respectful, serious and earnest policy wonk, against Joe Biden, who behaved like a drunken clown and a jerk and paid due homage to the mascot of the Democrat Party — the Jackass. On substance, Ryan held his own against Vice President Chuckles, despite having to face a second debate opponent in “moderator” Martha Raddatz of ABC News. … Clearly, the Obama team decided that the president’s failure last week was that he was “too polite,” and that Biden had to use ridicule to shore up their anxious base. The result was appalling, but then again, Biden has been rehearsing his socialist obfuscation and diversion in Washington for 40 years.
In the debate over foreign affairs, Biden blamed the intelligence community (this administration ALWAYS blames someone else for their actions or non-actions) for the confusing stories that came from the White House, out rightly lying to the American people and claimed ignorance. Well, folks, using the words of Big Nasty Mouth Joe Biden, do we really need an “ignorant” president and vice president? Ryan responded pointedly – we are witnessing the unraveling of the Obama foreign policy. The same we have suffered for four years.
When it came to the matter of Iran, Biden claimed that despite Iran spending the last four years developing fissile material for a nuclear weapon, they didn’t have the weaponry to use it. Huh? He also stated that his administration has the most crippling sanctions in the history of sanctions, period.
On the subject of economy, Biden brought up the leaked video of Romney talking about political strategy and the honest percentage of American people who pay little or not taxes (47%), which Biden immediately used to ridicule his opponent. What he missed and what Ryan should have responded with is: If the tax system is not working where everyone does not pay according to their income – why hasn’t Congress completely reformed, indeed get rid of, the income tax system; especially the progressive tax? Biden brought up Detroit, which he accused Romney of wanting to let Detroit go bankrupt. However, he failed to mention that that the city of Detroit DID go bankrupt and the only good thing that came out of the bailout was General Motors and the trade union. Biden then went on to the outdated and tiresome class warfare rhetoric stating the usual crap: middle class is held hostage to tax cuts and tax cuts are for the wealthy. Ryan pointed out that it has been done before – and Biden, ignorant as he is, stated it never has; in which Ryan named two presidents that did: JFK and Reagan. Immediately, Biden came out with a smirky remark – Oh, now we are going to mention JFK, a Democrat?
Yes, Biden, JFK was an intelligent man who hated communism and socialism, and knew (because he was intelligent) that you do not punish those that are the bread-and-butter of the nation’s economy and by reducing the load in taxes (which his successor Johnson raised) more funds actually arrive to the US Treasury. Ryan then mentions the tax cut plan of a 20% cut across the board at all levels. However, he failed to mention how those that do not pay income taxes can possibly get a 20% cut. It would make more sense to: (1) go to a low flat rate, (2) get rid of IRS by getting rid of deductions OR just passing the Fair Tax Act already presented as a bill where the American people keep whatever they make and pay a flat consumption tax on certain things they purchase. For those at poverty level, they are provided returns on their money throughout the year. Ryan had good responses, but Biden’s rudeness and interruption and comical answers – getting a laugh about serious issues was hailed as a success on Biden’s part, the so-called debate winner, by ABC-TV’s “political experts” – meaning political bias-propaganda experts.
The real unemployment rate, which includes those that have had to work part-time or reduced hour jobs in order to stay ahead of all this economic crap, comes to 14.7% – not the 8.3% that the Obama crowd wants people to believe. Instead of making stupid jokes and trying to make their opponents look ridiculous, one would think their game plan would include the recognition that no improvement has occurred in the last four years, but instead the national debt has almost doubled since GW Bush – their main theme in 2008. And, even if they did not want to admit – no discussion has been presented that is solid plans to fix it; yet the Democrats accuse the Romney/Ryan team of having either a poor plan or no plan at all. Lies are all they have to show for in this election – but the polls show a close race between the candidates.
How can this be?
Either the polls are totally bias – or – too many Americans have been brainwashed beyond reformation.
Obama has accumulated a $5 trillion debt, a new debt over what he said Bush allowed in 2008. The median household income has declined to 8.2%, $4,520 since he took office and energy prices have doubled across the board. Economic growth has slowed by 1.3%. Where is the magic formula Obama/Biden had in 2008?
The best thing Ryan stated in the debate to counter the ridiculous Biden rhetoric was:
I think the vice president very well knows that sometimes the words don’t come out of your mouth the right way.
He laughed and stated he is straight forward.
Biden closed with:
Who you gonna trust, me or your lyin’ eyes?
Ryan closed with:
The choice is clear: a stagnant economy that promotes more government dependency or a dynamic, growing economy that promotes more opportunity and jobs … We will not try to replace our founding principles. We will reapply our founding principles,
So, fellow Americans – “Who are YOU going to Trust?”
