Weird Science: UFO Sightings in Denver, Colorado

Denver’s Fox 31 television station reported an X File event – UFOs flying around Denver last week. The Fox channel aired the footage and interviewed several experts in the field. The New York Daily News quoted Robert Sheaffer, author of “UFO Sightings”, and Sheaffer wrote on his blog: The ‘UFOs’ appear at least several times a week, [for months] we are told, usually around noon to 1 PM. Most flying insects become more active during the warmest part of the day. The following video is from FOX networks:

To me no insect flies that fast or in that pattern – and consider the shape. The FAA reported: We`ve checked with air traffic control and no one has had any reports of the activity you described…nor have any of our employees observed anything of this nature either visually or on their radar displays. NORAD [North American Aerospace Defense Command], located in Colorado Springs released a statement: Our Command Center reviewed their records and they did not have any noted air activity in the Denver area during the times you indicated.
