|Example of who is authorized firearms
While President Obama threatens to take executive action to advance his agenda of violations against the Second Amendment, constitutional experts state that if the president does he will be violating his oath of office and commit yet another transgression against the Constitution of the United States. Legislation that is important as this topic should not be put through Congress without constitutional oversight or congressional committee research. I am, of course, talking about the unending attack upon our Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States by members of both sides of the political fence.
Meanwhile, the mayor of the biggest crime and corruption city in the United States, Michael Bloomberg
…urged President Barack Obama to make a recess appointment for the head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATFE), as one of several steps that Obama can take to on gun control “without congressional approval at any time he chooses with just the stroke of a pen.”
Bloomberg is one of the wealthiest men in America and a multi-billionaire political tyrant; whose family is protected by armed security but says that Americans cannot defend themselves.
His policies and leadership has done nothing to stem the corruption and crime in the city he is charged to as a mayor.
Bloomberg’s words were taken from a speech given at the John Hopkins University
Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Center for Gun Policy and Research. He is the co-chair of Mayors Against Illegal Guns
. He has used his vast wealth to sponsor such programs. The so-called “assault” weapons he is against and sides with Senator Feinstein of the US Congress, are NOT illegal weapons – at least if the senator’s bill (sponsored by Bloomberg) does not pass or President Obama does not sign an unconstitutional executive order that counters the Second Amendment of the US Constitution.
According to Bloomberg’s National Gun Background Check Database
Bloomberg called on the president to direct the Justice Department to “make it a priority of prosecuting convicted criminals who provide false personal information during gun purchase background checks.” During 2010, the last year that data was collected, only 44 such cases were prosecuted out of 76,000 that the Justice Department referred to the FBI, Bloomberg claimed.
This research clearly indicates that the background check system requires fine tuning, not legislation or unconstitutional executive orders that would counter the Second Amendment and take away means of self-defense of life, property, and liberty against enemies of the US Constitution and United States, both foreign and domestic.
Senator Feinsteinand any member who agrees with her and votes for her bills that violate the Second Amendment also are violating their oath of office – just as they did in the past concerning firearm bans. Despite the proof that during the time that ban legislation was in effect, it did not deter violent crimes committed with firearms or solve the issue they claim is the reason why they want draconian and tyrannical gun control over lawful citizens.
Criminals do not purchase their firearms through legal channels and is one of the major reasons why gun control has been ineffective. The other major reason is that background check database does not contain up-to-date information concerning those who are or have been guilty of drug abuse or those with mental disorders – in the past or present.
I am confident that there are some steps that we can take that don’t require legislation and that are within my authority as president and where get a step that has the possibility to reduce the possibility of gun violence, then I want to go ahead and take it.
Gun sales have risen because law-abiding citizens fear that Obama and company are going to take firearms away.
As far as people lining up and purchasing more guns, I think that we’ve seen for some time now that those who oppose any common sense gun control or gun safety measures have a pretty effective way of ginning up fear on the part of gun owners that somehow the federal government’s about to take all your guns away. And there is probably an economic element to that. It obviously is good for business. But I think that those of us who look at this problem have repeatedly said that responsible gun owners – people who have a gun for protection, for hunting, for sportsmanship, they don’t have anything to worry about.
There is an old Missouri saying:
Don’t piss down my back and tell me it’s raining.
It is like what he stated
about his demand to increase legal limits to federal spending:
This is a matter of Congress authorizes spending. They order me to spend. They tell me: ‘You need to fund our Defense Department at such-and-such level. You need to send Social Security checks. You need to make sure that you are paying to care for our veterans. They lay all this out fro me, and – because they have the spending power — and so I am required by law to go ahead and pay these bills.
Really, Mr. President?
This is not what Obama stated when he wanted the American people to vote for you to remain in office after your horrible record in your first term. You are backed by billionaires of which you claim are corrupt and need to pay for other citizens just because they have wealth. Income redistribution.
From the first political office he held, Barack Hussein Obama
has been a liar, and our federal government is overrun with liars who have forsaken their oath of office and screw the citizens of the United States.
The only ones who can change that is YOU – We the People.
Demand that these parasites, on both sides of the political fence, either resign from office or be impeached
If there be a principle that ought not to be questioned within the United States, it is, that every nation has a right to abolish an old government and establish a new one. This principle is not only recorded in every public archive, written in every American heart, and sealed with the blood of a host of American martyrs; but is the only lawful tenure by which the United States hold their existence as a nation.James Madison, Helevidius, No. 3, 1793
