Reality: What A Concept, Wading Through the Muck of Information

Spy vs Spy, MAD magazine, Antonio Prohias

In my youth I was a fan of Mad magazine published by EC Comics. In Issue #60, dated January of 1961, Spy vs. Spy© debuted as a wordless comic strip created by Antonio Prohias, a Cuban cartoonist who faced threats of arrest and execution by the newly ordained communist leader, Fidel Castro. It is the false accusation that Prohias was considered a spy by the Castro regime that initiated the cartoon series. The cartoon depicted one spy dressed in black and another dressed in white constantly trying to do each other in.

Fast track to the 1990s when Prohias retired because of his health and died at age 77 in February 1998. The strip continued with writer Duck Edwing and artist Bob Clarke, and in magazine #356 (April 1997), Peter Kuper took over as writer and artist. The characters, including the Grey Spy added in 1962 (female) became a Sunday comic strip released in 2002 and in 2004, the characters were used in television commercials for Mountain Dew soft drink. Milton Bradley produced a Spy vs. Spy board game and video games were produced in three formats, one being Nintendo. In 2005 video games, Red and Blue Spies appeared and between 2006 and 2009 a series was published entitled Spy vs. Spy Jr. depicting spies as children.

There is an official fan website on the Internet: Spy vs Spy Headquarters.

This little comic strip tidbit of history is presented as a prelude to the discussion of the most recent Obama administration scandal concerning the NSA (National Security Agency) and the Shadow Government within our federal government.

The story revolves around a controversy over the practices of the NSA, specifically a clandestine surveillance program known as PRISM, first breaking out in the news by The Guardian and Washington Post on June 5th/6th, 2013 in regards to collecting telephone records of millions of customers of Verizon.

A PowerPoint presentation concerning the program was leaked by Edward Snowden where he stated that PRISM enables the collection directly from the servers of Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook and other online companies. All of them denied any cooperation of the NSA surveillance program directly. CNET‘s Declan McCullagh provided a report concerning PRISM and major Internet companies. The Washington Post provided the key slide (The Guardian as source)from the PRISM presentation in its June 12th article. It is that key slide that indicates the possibility that PRISM personnel were getting information directly from the servers of US Internet companies.

The program primarily targeted non-Americans, according to NSA officials. Instead of showing probable cause to a judge who then legally issues a legal approval, Section 702 of FISHA allows officials of the Obama administration to “authorize” the targeting of persons reasonably believed to be located outside the United States. The Supreme Court has not, to date, ruled on the constitutionality of that provision; but of course, we are talking about a Supreme Court who declared Obamacare as constitutional when the clear listed limited powers of government does not allow government to interfere/mandate in private affairs like health care. In the case of PRISM, the 4th Amendment is in violation – but get around it because of Section 702 of FISHA.

So once again it is discovered that Obama’s promise for a transparent government is a lie, and his campaign slogan of “Change” is a myth. He has not only not provided any indication of government reformation, but has continued the march toward a totalitarian government who mandates to its citizens all matters and issues from cradle to grave.

As the Washington Post put it:

And even if the NSA is only collecting foreigners’ communications, that doesn’t rule out abusive surveillance. For example, the environmental nonprofit organization Greenpeace has been targeted for surveillance by the NSA in the past. The organization is based outside the United States, but it has many U.S. members who might not appreciate having their government spy on its activities.

In a ZDNet article, ED Bott proclaims that the real story in the NSA scandal is the collapse of journalism. … A bombshell story published in the Washington Post this week alleged that the NSA had enlisted nine tech giants, including Microsoft, Google, Facebook, and Apple, in a massive program of online spying. Now the story is unraveling, and the Post has quietly changed key details. What went wrong?

Clearly the NSA is using tactics and mandates issued by the Patriot Act, which GW Bush signed. However, BH Obama condemned it when he campaigned for president in 2008 – and has not made any effort to rescind any part of the unconstitutional act. Presidents have a habit to declare that constitutional law is set aside for purposes of national security – which is ALWAYS occurring according to the federal government.

Recently it is revealed that Snowden also revealed that the US was hacking Chinese computers (and other systems around the globe), which reminded me of the Spy vs Spy comic strip that originated during the Cold War – the period when James Bond, 007, was a popular fictitious hero. The British spy created by Ian Fleming is now depicted in the 23rd James Bond film, SKYFALL. The Cold War [thanksto Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher] may have been relegated to history, but clandestine operations and spying has not.

Since I have had some experience with intelligence matters with a Top Secret [Atomal] clearance in the military, that circumstances concerning Edward Snowden, the NSA employee who turned whistleblower and then fled the country; there are some questions to be answered. Why did he flee to Hong Kong? It was reported by the ditched girlfriend that she and Snowden had a romantic getaway in Hong Kong before all of this whistleblowing occurred. They were to be married and now Snowden is on the run, never telling her he was leaving and why.

Snowden should not be choosing Hong Kong as a place of sanctuary because if the US government issues an extradition request, China (who has political pull in Hong Kong) Snowden will definitely be returned to the US for facing charges that, thus far, have not been made public. But he has chosen to stay. After all, he did make public classified documentation. If he was truly in fear of extradition he would be on his way or already in New Zealand.

Could there be a deeper recess within this web of clandestine operations? Could Snowden have been, or still is, working for Chinese operatives? Red China’s clear agenda is to be the supreme world power, just as Islamic fascists intend to have a world theocratic government. In that process, China’s intentions is to weaken and destroy the credibility of the United States.

In the world of clandestine operations, the rules of engagement are loose; but when our government, any government, begins to spy on its own citizenry – not for national security, but because has become a paranoid tyranny, then it is time to put a stop to it. Abiding by constitutional law is definitely a factor that can only be the instrument of total reformation.

The danger has existed for several decades, but it has culminated into where the federal government, operated by corrupt and immoral people are openly, and without no sight of retribution for their actions [or inactions in the case of Benghazi] or a return to constitutional law versus planks from the Communist Manifesto.

We have a myriad of scandals and unlawful procedures and policies that the federal government flaunts to the public with the help of the cooperative corporate media, while citizens get screwed over. Of course, too many citizens are getting what they asked for by not voting responsibly and allowing government with the help of mainstream media to become tyrannical.

The NSA operations, combined with Benghazi and the IRS scandal, should be enough to bring any administration down – but apparently the US Congress does not have the intestinal fortitude or the ethical or moral character to see to it that all this nonsense ends.

Cancer is eating away our government from within that no other nation has ever been able to do. The real enemy of the United States exists among us. We have a government who depicts citizens who believe in constitution law and the form of government that the Founders created as enemies of the state, while they turn their heads away from the real enemies allowing subversive organizations to exist like CAIR, La Raza, and at least 30 Islamic training camps in the continental United States.

We cannot expect any CHANGE if we continue to vote for the same type of people and remain loyal to political parties instead of the Constitution of the United States and its amendments.

We cannot expect constitutional candidates to be elected if we let the media choose who gets news coverage (objective reporting) or who does not.

We cannot expect any change from a political system who seesaws back and forth between two traditional political entities, who want business as usual in sin city Washington DC.

We had a candidate that not only made sense in the presidential race of 2012, but chose to believe the media and political prostitutes instead of listening to a candidate who insisted upon the Constitution as the foundation of all government operations. His name is Ron Paul, who retired after trying his best for decades to awaken We the People. His son, Rand Paul, continues to march toward the goals of his father, but toward political opposition – like when he addressed the illegal immigration issue with limited amnesty putting himself on the political fence.

The following video was produced by a filmmaker [YouTube, Aaron Russo, 2006] that should have been included in a previous article concerning the IRS, the income tax system, and the Federal Reserve – all tied into the biggest scam in human history

When researching the myriad of scandals of this federal administration, one must connect the dots and realize that no “change” will occur, at least any change good for We the People, until it is realized that we have a problem and how grave it is and insist that those that operate OUR government must use the Constitution and its amendments as the foundation in all they do. Government and law enforcement officials must abide by their oaths of office.

When White House tours are cancelled (and the president and IRS continues waste taxpayer dollars) because of national debt and $1.3 billion is provided for Egypt an enemy of the US and free nations, and the IRS can throw parties, waste tax funds in other agencies, and use the tax system to punish citizens and those who are not in their program – it is time that We the People stand up in outrage and rid ourselves of political prostitutes and special interest parasites – and most importantly the bankers operating our money system via the Federal Reserve.
