Climate Change Enters the Picture Again

Tax CollectorGlobal Warming has been proven to be a fantasy, in respect to human footprints causing regional or global climate change; yet our government, and governments elsewhere are spending billions of dollars to combat something that cannot be changed. At least in known technology, which we can never reach as long as people pay attention to junk scientists. Of course, the progressives, when they are confronted with facts, instead of admitting that people were bamboozled by junk scientists and opportunists like Al Gore – changed the term from global warming to climate change – still blaming it all upon human footprint. Instead of looking to blame humanity, they should be looking to the source that definitely does have effects upon weather and other factors about the planet Earth – the Sun, which is a star in our solar system.

Don’t get me wrong, I am for cleaning up the air, but we often overlook how badly polluted so much water sources have become and we are not doing enough for that real problem. However, the sun’s recent hyper-activities is more likely to be at fault than emission controlled vehicles and aircraft that is being used today.

BH Obama is another person who cannot resist creating a scenario of the destruction of Earth and joining junk scientists to make political points. He wasted millions of dollars of taxpayer dollars on Green movement – with no results and especially nothing to cover the expense. He is now back at it again, once again circumventing Capitol Hill [Congress]. All Obama is doing, and has been doing, is worsening the American economy with even fewer jobs now. He now has abandoned global warming (climate change) and urges people to take action in tackling pollution [nothing wrong with that – when will a pollution-free vehicle that actually operates be available?] and wants to prepare communities for the inevitable global warming with more big government policies.

This is the second year the Peninsula has had a late and cold spring with snowfall this year into the month of April. Somewhere in the world they are experiencing warming, but it certainly is not “global”. There are hundreds of shipwrecks on the Great Lakes that went down because of fierce and violent storms. In the history of Earth there have been changes, subtle and violent, some extremely violent. Earth is still here, and so are we. Unless we kill each other off, the only natural anomaly that could cause that much destruction is the star we call the Sun. As sure as the sun rises and falls, one day it will burn itself out and/or become a black-hole star. But Obama says: As a president, as a father, and as an American, I’m here to say we need to act.

Yes, and push the US into deeper debt, so deep I doubt we will recover this time. Now that IS something to be concerned about and dangerous to ignore – which this administration has ignored and is now most likely the biggest spending administration in the history of the United States. I doubt if World War II cost as much as this Obama regime and Congress spend and waste. Meanwhile they keep telling us that higher and more taxes is the only way to get out of this hole. I don’t know what economic class Obama took, but it doesn’t work that way in real life. Isn’t easy to spend other people’s money? Whatever taxes Obama has spent as president is nothing compared to how much he and Queen Michelle spend on their little excursions and vacations at taxpayer expense.

People like Michael Shank at US News don’t think Obama is doing enough wasting taxpayer dollars on global warming/climate change agendas.

Then there are people like Keith Koffler who likes to check things out, especially since Obama made a snide remark about people who are not with his program are Flat Earthers. You see, even if one presents facts and statistics to back up their discussion or ideology, the progressives will make up a derogatory word about you. Professional hecklers at website commentaries use the word “troll” or “right-wingers” and many times words that I will not repeat here. Well, our glorious national leader has resorted to telling people if they do not agree with him or his policies they believe in a flat earth or whatever. Look at the video at the White House Dossier and see what I mean. This is coming from a guy whose policies have failed since his first 100 days in office, and then, because people do not use common sense or do their homework, [believing the bias media or those fear mongering/hate instituting campaign ads] leave him in office and finally corruption has become so huge that whistle-blowers are speaking out about the corruption escalating worse than previous administrations to the point people say enough is enough. As Koffler states:

I found out that the Flat Earth Society – as Obama suggests – includes people who agree there may be a human contribution to climate change, but aren’t sure enough that this is such a pressing or proven problem that we need move quickly in a draconian way, attacking a weak economy and harming the poor and the middle class. These Flat Earthers, I discovered, are aware that the earth hasn’t warmed in 15 years and all the previous models constructed by members of The Round Earth Society about how the climate was supposed to behave turned out to be wrong. Round Earthers like Obama are also counseling vehicle fuel mileage standards that will result in lighter cars that will kill thousands of people. So it appears that the Flat Earthers – who tell me they also remember the global cooling scare three decades ago – want to not only save the economy, but save lives too.

Here is a dated YouTube video that shows Obama being humiliated after putting down an SUV driver. Remember, this is the guy that rides around in limos and flies about in expensive jet aircraft …

Yep, it has gotten to the point that every time I hear this guys name or am forced to listen to what he has to stay, I am heading for the cabinet for something to ease my queasy stomach. He is not only unqualified to be a president of anything, but he is a dangerous man backed by dangerous organizations – and who has repeatedly proclaimed constitutionalism but never practices it or pays attention to constitutional law. He bows and scrapes to the enemies of the United States, has provided arms and money [not his money] to aggressive foreign nations and who have declared war upon us, has sidestepped every proof of corruption within his administration [doing nothing about it because he is part of it], claims ignorance whenever a scandal arises or people die in Benghazi – yet knows everything about global warming/climate change.

If this guy won’t resign, would Congress do their duty and get rid of him – please! Take crazy Joe Biden with him, along with Eric Holder and put Hillary Clinton in prison where she allowed others in her career go, but she got away for her criminal actions since the real estate scandal she and her husband were involved with. The White House, Supreme Court, and Capitol Hill needs to be fumigated. It is our only hope to return back to a constitutional republic which the Founders created and stated we probably would not be able to keep. Let’s not make them correct on the last part.

It takes We the People to set things right. We certainly cannot rely on political prostitutes.

I know the Earth is round, but I also know that the Earth’s climate has gone through many changes and cycles and will continue to do so – all on its own. It is called Mother Nature. I also believe that the recent violent storms and bursts of energy coming from our Sun is part of the process we are seeing. We should study it, of course – but we need to move on to things we CAN change – like the president and vice president of the United States, the entire group of Supreme Court justices, and about 90% of Congress. Now that would be “Change We Can Believe In”.

Once upon a time in America, students discussed theories, but teachers did not make theories out to be doctrine. Theories are good and some have ended up to be proven fact, and some just a theory, like finding out that dead dinosaurs did not produce crude oil, [and ancient forests] at least that theory was not costing taxpayers billions of dollars. Still called fossil fuel, some scientists believe it was produced from tiny sea creatures, while others believe it is just a natural process of earth’s central core – like plasma that spews forth from volcanoes now and then. Despite the sky-is-falling crowd’s rhetoric, we are not running out of crude oil, it is just that some people who have the most access are making prices go up for their own gain and/or agenda. The natural process sounds more believable than sea creatures and dinosaurs dead bodies producing all of that crude oil that is found all over the world.

Until we can find a better way to produce energy, the United States should become self-sufficient and even be selling surplus instead of depending upon oil produced elsewhere. And as far as climate change, global warming, or whatever name they come up with next – let’s have common sense and use real scientific evaluation instead of political prostitutes and special interest folks being in charge. The scientific community has become as corrupted and useless as our government.

As far as climate change and violent cycles, the best thing to do is just prepare for it and adapt. For millennium after millennium creatures have adapted and if they could not, they died. Humans have a far better chance at adapting and surviving because they can think things out, but as long as the sheeple follow the people like those who push the global warming agenda, we will only increase the national debt with no results. And, when this cycle is over and another ice age returns, hopefully more people will be concerned as to how to deal with it rather than pointing fingers as to the cause. The cause is as old as Mother Earth – Mother Nature and the universal actions of the star we call the Sun. Can we make the air cleaner? You bet, grow more trees and balance them out. Logging companies learned a long time ago to think into the future.

As National Review wrote:

It is remarkable that when the scientific consensus on global warming is at its weakest state in years, President Barack Obama has decided to make the issue a new focus of his troubled presidency — and, indeed, that he intends to use the issue as the launching pad for a radical extension of federal power even more significant than his health-care takeover. … [T]he president announced that, on behalf of ‘all of humankind,’ he is in effect directing the EPA to take over the American economy. New power plants will be subject to emissions controls, and existing plants will have to be retrofitted to comply with new standards. … Every economic activity involving energy or transportation — which is to say, every economic activity — will be affected by the president’s global-warming program. … Most significant, the president telegraphed his intention to torpedo the Keystone XL pipeline project, which has long been ready to go but has been snarled up by politics. … Rather than develop what we already have, the Obama administration is threatening to hamstring our most likely source of economic growth and new jobs for the coming generation in the hopes that fads such as solar power will pay off. That is not justified by science, by economics, or by sensible policy analysis. What it is, in fact, is an attempt by a foundering administration to change the subject from scandal to sunshine.

Wall Street Journal:

Mr. Obama’s target is all forms of carbon energy. Natural gas is next. The higher costs will ripple through the energy chain, which is precisely Mr. Obama’s goal. Only by artificially raising the cost of carbon energy can he make even heavily subsidized ‘renewables’ competitive. In general every $1 billion spent complying with an EPA rule threatens 16,000 jobs and cuts GDP by $1.2 billion — and the agency is now writing scores of multibillion-dollar rules. Keep in mind that last month the Administration quietly raised the ‘social cost’ of carbon by 60% in a regulatory filing related to microwave ovens. That means the EPA can jack up costs by 59.99% and still justify them by claiming the higher benefits. … The Americans who will be harmed will have to console themselves with 99 weeks of jobless benefits, food stamps and ObamaCare.

But how is this legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime.
Frederic Bastiat, French economist, 1801-1850
