Sarah Palin: Still Strong and Sensible – CPAC 2014

Sarah Palin is at her best in the CPAC 2014 gathering. Here is her latest video. For detailed transcript, visit Maggie

sarah-palinSarah used some parody lines from Dr. Seuss, which reminded me how far off track our society has become and how apathetically they have allowed progressive socialists and political controlled corporate media to destroy the common values and important family values that makes ANY nation either strong or weak. Any of you who took a sociology course understand that when the family nucleus becomes deteriorated – so goes the nation. The problem with “liberals” is they refuse to draw lines, thus they have become useful idiots for the progressive socialist establishment, just as the GOP Beltway establishment has not allowed true Republicans to perform their required job – a job that taxpayers pay them to do and their oath of office: to comply with and protect the US Constitution and its amendments, barring the 16th Amendment that should never have passed or been signed (Woodrow Wilson) … Congress requires that it be replaced with a consumption tax that cannot be raised without two-thirds vote by Congress and that the 16th Amendment be repealed forever. Thus, the IRS Gestapo will fall into the dustbin of history where it belongs.

Dr. Seuss should be what young children are reading, not how George and John or Sherry and Patricia are so happy as homosexual partners. Children are no longer to be just children, and it is the progressive’s fault that there are so many young teenagers that get pregnant, having sexual encounters before they are 16. Young girls at age 10 are wearing makeup and trying hard to be so adult-like, when they should be enjoying their youthful years. Parenthood has become as stained as the political scene, which is part of the reason why our society is destroying itself, and everything that constitutes common sense, moral, civic, and family values that promote character, not destroy it or tailor it according to what those who run government say it is.

Anyway, thought that I would pass this great video of Sarah Palin doing what she does so well. She is successful because she speaks from the heart and remembers her roots, and prefers the heart of America rather than the elite who think they are it.

Sarah Palin and Jim Brandenstine: 21st Century Patriots

Sarah-Palin-FoxSenator John McCain was among the 14 Republicans [voters should not reelect any of them] who backed the immigration bill in the Senate, which is not faring well [thank goodness] “as written” in the House. Senator McCain is from Arizona, which is one of the states hit most hard in the Mexican invasion across a border our government cannot [will not] secure, the same government whose military has secured the border [DMZ] between North and South Korea for well over 50 years. Sarah Palin has called him and other GOP RINOs to the carpet.

Sarah Palin was the vice presidential running mate in 2008 with Senator McCain. She was more qualified to be the presidential candidate, despite her newness to the Babylon atmosphere of Washington, DC. She is a favorite speaker and travels about all over the country. She is a sassy out-spoken person who, like when she became governor of Alaska, is not afraid to speak out against Republicans who do not tow the constitutional line.

Sarah Palin Speaks Out Against RINOs in Senate

The Schumer-Toomey-Manchin Bill will expand background checks to include private transactions. Commercial firearm sales require that it be made by a federal licensed firearm dealer. It consists of a series of traps that include an indirect taxation. Remember how the feds [and states] overtax tobacco in order to prevent the use of tobacco products – well this bill will also open a Pandora Box that will make firearms and ammunition unaffordable, eventually. Sarah Palin as sworn that any senator who agrees and helps pass this bill will get no support from her, the Tea Party organization or the SuperPac crowd. It also provides the attorney general with certain actions, as Conservative Byte points out.

Info Highway: Political Plots and Media Bias Heighten

Button_Newsboy-Extra_animatedhand_point2  – During the GW Bush administration the media and the Sociocrats demanded that the “Gitmo” Guantanamo Bay prison be closed, for various reasons including unsubstantiated claims that prisoner abuse was going on. The contention was that it was “unconstitutional” to detain prisoners without a trial; an obvious clue to those people not knowing what is in the articles of the Constitution or its amendments and that it applies to the People of the United States, not prisoners of war.

Last week, NBC Today correspondent Michael Isikoff reported there was to be plans for renovating the prison that Obama promised to his voting fans would be closed down in 2009. It seems it did not matter to Obama fans whether he kept campaign promises or ever follows through on what he claims to the public. Of course, the dirt bag detainees hoped to get released. Technically, they should have been released from the end of a short rope. Under the terms of the international agreement for prisoners of war and combatants and non-combatants – saboteurs do not have the privilege of the rights of a trial (military tribunal) and those found guilty of crimes against humanity receive death sentences as in the Nuremburg Trials. Since civilized nations have declared war on Islamic fascism and acts of terrorism, it is justified in using the term “war” and thus the prisoner of war statutes apply. Thus, civic judiciary has no jurisdiction on the matter, and that is why there is a Gitmo POW containment facility.

Sarah Palin Praises Bloggers, Tea Party and Wisconsin Voters

Sarah Palin – Tea Party Conservative

Sarah Palin is keynote speaker at Americans for Prosperity and lauds bloggers, Tea Party movement members, and Wisconsin voters who stood up to Big Government politicians and union thugs in the Recall Election recently held and won by Governor Scott Walker.
Of course, the whining political left immediately claimed that is was “big money” that won the recall election – totally ignoring the huge amounts of cash funneled from unions across the United States in order to achieve their victory in Wisconsin.
Those complaining were also short-changing the perseverance of Wisconsin voters in their stance for what is right, as well as giving a message to the unions that our government will not be held ransom by their tactics and parasitic organizations. Indeed, it was revealed that many union members and former union members had voted to retain Governor Scott Walker, as the victory in the last election showed they wanted him to remain as governor to continue work at reformation and improving the economy of Wisconsin.
The following is the YouTube video release of Sarah Palin and her speech as keynote speaker at the recent convention:

What is Good Enough for the Goose …

Rush Limbaugh is lambasted for saying what he did to and about a Georgetown law student who insisted that she is entitled to receive free contraceptives while attending college.
Yet, Bill Maher, the comic of the Left can say vile things about an ex-governor and a member of the Tea Party movement – Sarah Palin. Nothing was said and Sarah Palin did lower her standards in protest against the Leftist’s rude comments and lewd statements.
Rush Limbaugh over the controversy is losing paid advertisements over the issue – while Bill Maher continues his show, no outcry from media and no ads pulled.
It is the same old story – if you are not Democrat, the rules are different.
What kind of reprisals does Maher get? How about …
“Your show is brilliant. I love watching it.”
What does Chris Matthews say about Maher?
“You’re the funniest, smartest guy around … Thank you, Bill Maher – you’re an Irish guy, too.”
Read Noel Sheppard article.
Worse, President Obama took sides against Limbaugh, but said nothing about Maher and Matthews.

Myth Blaster: Truth About ANWR (Revisited)

This article concerns an old argument, yet an old argument that requires solving, especially in the aftermath of the ClimateGate revelations and other ‘gates’ opened up in the post-ClimateGate period between last November and now.
The subject is from an email that has been circulating for some time to demonstrate how special interest groups in the name of the health of global environment has not only stuck their noses in a matter that seems to be beyond their ability to grasp, but alter or make up the facts that substantiates their venomous advocacy against America becoming self-sufficient when it comes to crude oil production. Rather than transcribing the email here, I will just direct you to a site that has already published it, including the photos in the circulated email.
It is at Heritage blog publishing dated June 29th 2008, as well as at Canada Free Press. Pretty pathetic that nothing was done about this since 2006, it is 2010 and still they listen to the environmentalists who should undergo psychoanalysis in order to possibly understand their reasoning.
So based upon the subject and the email of the Comparison of ANWR and environmentalist and government advocacy individuals and groups against drilling in Alaska, Montana, Wyoming, other sites where at least 34 billion barrels of oil just sits waiting to be tapped; as well as off shore drilling prospects that China has taken advantage of off the coast of Cuba – here is the analysis and assessment of the email …

Myth Blaster Verdict:
TRUE – with exception concerning local residents’ statement.
The ANWR is an acronym for Arctic National Wildlife Refuge located in Alaska.
It is an area that consists of 18,286,482 acres in the region of Alaska known as the North Slope. The site of the proposed oil drilling location is in a geographical area called the Coastal Plain in the northwestern tip of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. The history of the region can be found at Wikipedia.
Snopes disagrees on the issue and the only source they provide is from The Wilderness Society concerning oil spill issues – with the link going to the home page.
The couple publishing Snopes has been known to be bias on certain subject material. More Americans agree with the folks fighting Congress, the EPA and government agencies siding with self-indulgent environmental organizations and independent radicals – but Congress is only listening to the junk scientists and environmental wackos these days.
Pictures shown by those opposing Americans becoming self-sufficient and less dependent upon foreign oil are pictures of the ANWR, but in areas that are not in the vicinity of the proposed oil drilling site.
A clear demonstration of the leftist misinformation brainwashing. Here is a picture that environmentalist depicted of the portion of ANWR that is not involved with any oil drilling:
The portion where proposed drilling in ANWR is coastal tundra – here is a reality photo:
Helicopter in photo above is area where proposed drilling it to take place.
And the notion that wildlife is in danger if ANWR is drilled at proposed site?
They say a picture is worth a thousand words [Prudhoe Bay drill site]:
If oil drilling was a problem, Alaskans would not want it – there are already drill sites at Prudhoe Bay Oil Field (17% of domestic crude oil production), Sourdough Oil Field, Kuparuk Oil Field and Kaktovik sites. The caribou herds don’t seem to mind. Alaskans know what is good for Alaska and the central, federal government has no constitutional right to interfere with state business; unless it is against the articles in the Constitution of the United States that directs our government in what powers they have and don’t have.
The Democrats, President Obama and Marxist-Progressives in Congress say they want to create jobs, yet they continually say NO to prospects that will create them, or make job creation in private sector more difficult with their oppressive and often unconstitutional legislation; as well as those among them who must have their noses in everyone else’s business.
It is true that 75% of the Alaskan voters had opted for oil drilling. It is unclear about the statement concerning the statement local residents because the area is tundra and a national state park. Maybe they are referring to the herds of caribou that cross the area from time to time.
Oil drilling today leaves a small footprint in visibility of the environment.
The Alaska oil tanker disaster was caused by a First Mate who was intoxicated on his watch – caused by human error – not the standards and practices of an oil corporation, Exxon in this case. Remember this: Oil companies detest oil spills: (a) it is wasteful of their product; (b) the cost in fines and clean up is horrendous on the profit margin; and (c) bad publicity.
For the seventh time a bill has come up in the House of Representatives of the US Congress to drill at ANWR, as well as proposed bills to drill offshore in US territory. As a side note, offshore rigs withstood Hurricane Katrina, while refineries in Louisiana were damaged. By not drilling ripe spots for crude oil, it will eventually bubble to the surface in various amounts, causing – yes, you guessed it – pollution! Ever hear of the Tar Pits in California?
Environmental issues are always important to any nation. I personally would like the scenery of nature to always be around, as clean an air as naturally possible, and water an important resource to be kept clean for obvious reasons. More vegetation equals cleaner air, because combined with the rain process it is a natural cleaning component as well as producing oxygen for all living things on Earth.
However, I am for protecting the environment by using common sense. We have found that climate alarms, environmental alarms, and so on are politically motivated and pioneered for people that seem to be not all there – and basically have no common sense.
America’s dependence upon foreign oil has invited several problems to occur, and here is a few:
By purchasing the majority of America’s crude oil from the Arabs, the United States is financing the very enemy we are fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Part of the major problem with the economic crisis has to do with inflation or holding back on crude oil purchases from foreign nations.
It concerns a national security issue in that dependence upon foreign oil provides certain nations to use crude oil as a tool in their endeavors to see America buckle or use it as a method of blackmail.
Alaskans should have a say about economical development in their state – not the US Congress. It’s something called state rights in the articles of the Constitution of the United States.
I rest my case. Some people just can’t handle the truth.
Write to your representatives and senators and tell them it is time to favor America’s well being, rather than their political games.

SAR: Change You Can Believe In

It is usually easier to pinpoint problems than it is to find and implement the solution.
Americans can see what the problem is, they feel the brunt of poor leadership; however they have voted elected or reelected candidates who: (1) Are part of the problem; (2) ideology is not conducive to a Jeffersonian republic, but instead to a Marxist static state; [I]   (3) Political party loyalty more important than affairs of the state and the people, as George Washington warned.
If true reform is going to occur, the Republican Party must buckle down and return to the original planks of their political platform and refuse to compromise with Democratic leadership that follows the planks of the Communist Manifesto
The GOP must reform or submit to Independents or new third party movements to perform this significant and massive task laid before Americans. The party has given a bad impression of grassroot conservatives, and as the National Tea Party endeavors have shown – their numbers are returning to the point of majority.

Since the base of the Tea Party movement concerns taxation, the next national conference and protest march is scheduled appropriately for April 15th – the ominous day that Big Government created via the ridiculous and intrusive income tax system. However, it is not just about taxation – Americans are tired of not being represented, tired of a government out of control, tired of lies and deceit, tired of politicians who should be statesmen and stateswomen after the election, tired of watching our rights and liberties fall at every passing of legislature all to appease a selfish part of society who would rather take from others than obtain it on their own. Tired of an unconstitutional government – federal and state.
You have probably read or heard about the Second American Revolution (SAR) movement or the American Reformation Movement (ARM) – but the SAR/ARM actually was inaugurated in 1973 when President Ronald Reagan gave a speech to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) that promoted limited government, pro-market, pro-family, the principles of the Jeffersonian republic, and the importance of state rights versus an overbearing central government.
Ronald Reagan, then the Governor of California, inspired the new revolution in a message:

Our people look for a cause to believe in. Is it a third party we need, or is it a new and revitalized second party, raising a banner of no pale pastels, but bold colors, which make it unmistakably clear where we stand on all of the issues troubling the people?

In the year of 1973 when Ronald Reagan spoke these words at the CPAC, 125 Americans came to listen. This year, 2010, the attendance is expected to be over 10,000.

… And it’s not just because of the American people’s disavowal of the Obama-Reid-Pelosi liberal agenda, although Americans have repudiated it. It’s because of the strength of the solutions being generated by a concerned American public, solutions that are being taken up and championed by conservatives.

On February 18th, the Tea Party Patriots will provide a grassroot agenda to follow called the Contract From America, an update of the Newt Gingrich generated Contract of America in 1994, which failed because of corrupted elected officials claiming conservatism like John McCain. The voice of America is returning to Washington. According to Newt Gingrich, the idea came from Ryan Hecker of the Tea Party Patriots who stated:

We started this to give every American the opportunity to make a difference and to tell elected officials that it’s now time for them to listen to the people. We also see this as a way to help unite the Tea Party movement and transform it from a purely protest movement to one calling for proactive and positive reform.

There is now a website at seeking solutions to unemployment, reinstating our liberties, and reclaiming our government back to the people. The following list of 22 solutions is the planks of the platform for the SAR/CPAC/ARM:
  1. Demand a Balanced Budget: Begin the Constitutional amendment process to require a balanced budget with a two-thirds majority needed for any tax hike.
  2. Stop the Tax Hikes: Permanently repeal all tax hikes, including those to income, capital gains, and death taxes, currently scheduled to begin in 2011.
  3. Commit to Real Government TransparencyEvery bill, in its final form, will be made public seven days before any vote can be taken and all government expenditures authorized by any bill will be easily accessible on the Internet before the money is spent. (Proposed by: Steve Kulik, Gonzales, Texas; and Steve Hollis, San Francisco, California).
  4. Protect The ConstitutionRequire each bill to identify the specific provision of the Constitution that gives Congress the power to do what the bill does.
  5. Pass Real Healthcare Reform: Greatly improve affordability of health insurance by permitting all Americans access to all health insurance plans sold anywhere in the United States through the purchase of insurance across state lines and allow small businesses and associations to pool together across state lines to buy insurance.
  6. Enact Fundamental Tax Reform: Adopt a simple and fair single-rate tax system by scrapping the Internal Revenue code and replacing it with on that is no longer than 4,543 words – the length of the original Constitution. [II]
  7. End Runaway Government Spending: Impose a statutory cap limiting the annual growth in total federal spending to the sum of inflation rate plus the percentage of population growth.
  8. Let Us Save: Allow all Americans to opt out of Social Security and Medicare and instead put those same payroll taxes in a personal account they own, control, and can leave to whomever they choose.
  9. Protect Internet FreedomNo regulation or tax on the Internet. [III] (See also item #12)
  10. Give Parents More Choices in the Education of Their ChildrenImprove American education by reforming the broken federal role through eliminating ineffective and wasteful programs, giving parents more choices from pre-school to high school, and improving the affordability of higher education. [IV]
  11. Pass An ‘All of the Above’ Energy Policy: Authorize the exploration of proven energy reserves to reduce our dependence on foreign energy sources from unstable countries and reduce regulatory barriers to all other forms of energy creation, lowering prices and creating competition.
  12. Protect Freedom of the Press: Prohibit the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) from using funds to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine in any form, including requiring “localism” or “diversity” quotas.
  13. Restore Fiscal Responsibility & Constitutionally Limited Government: Create a Blue Ribbon task force that engages in a complete audit of federal agencies and programs, assessing their Constitutionality, and identifying duplication, waste, ineffectiveness, and agencies and programs better left for the states.
  14. Protect Private Property Rights: Block state and local government that receive federal grants from exercising eminent domain over private property for the primary purpose of economic development or enhancement of tax revenues.
  15. Reject Cap & Trade: Prevent the Environmental Protection Agency from implementing costly new regulations that would increase unemployment, raise consumer prices, and weaken the nation’s global competitiveness with virtually no impact on global temperatures. [V]
  16. Stop the Pork: Place a moratorium on all earmarks until the process is fully transparent, including requiring a two-thirds majority to pass any earmark. [VI]
  17. No Czar Regulation Without Representation: All “lawmaking” regulations must be affirmatively approved by Congress and signed into law by the president, as the Constitution requires for all laws. [VII]
  18. Audit the FedBegin an audit of the Federal Reserve System. [VIII]
  19. No More Bailouts: The federal government should not bail out private companies and should immediately begin divesting itself of its stake in the private companies it owns from recent bailouts. [IX]
  20. Stop Career Politicians & Curb Lobbyist Power: Begin the Constitutional amendment process to require Congressional term limits. No person shall be elected to the Senate more than twice or to the House of Representatives more than four times. [X]
  21. Sunset Regulations: All regulations will be “sunset” after ten years unless renewed by Congressional vote. [XI]
  22. Let Us Watch: Broadcast all non-security meetings and votes on C-SPAN and the Internet. [XII]
The Tea Party Patriots have been ridiculed by the mainstream, politically controlled media, as well as pundits like Richard Cohen, who has also ridiculed Sarah Palin, part of the Tea Party Patriot movement and the CPAC. Richard Cohen represents that part of the population who just doesn’t seem to get it – continually missing the bus of reality.
The once silent majority is finally no longer silent; and while conservatives have put up with the Marxists and their hypocrisy and hateful, sometimes violent, rhetoric and protesting against those who want the return of the Jeffersonian republic and stand by the US Constitution and its Bill of Rights.
But none of it can happen without the hearts and minds of the American people. Do your part and NEVER think that your solitary vote won’t count. If it weren’t for five votes, America would be using the metric system (10-based and more accurate) and because of the lack of one vote, Wisconsin citizens are not allowed to exercise their rights mandated by the Second Amendment – an action spearheaded by Governor Doyle and his associates in the state assembly.
Your vote counts as long as you exercise the act of voting, and exercise that right in a responsible way. Voting records and character count when choosing someone who has the power to legislate your life, liberty and pursuit of happiness into the forgotten pages of history.

[I] It has been confirmed that Barack Obama and Democratic Party members in our government are Marxists – before and certainly after B.H. Obama’s election as the 44th President. Being well-versed of Marxist ideology, he has proven to be an inept leader and has shown his ineptness and lack of common sense when it comes to matters of the state; despite having more czars and advisors in his Presidential Cabinet than any other President in US history. It is because, in part, made poor choices of people that are politically aligned instead of adept at the jobs they have been given.
[II] Repeal the 16th Amendment.
[III] This means state governments as well. Greedy politicians have used Internet purchases to satisfy their spending spree mentality.
[IV] I personally believe there is no place in the federal government for a Department of Education. It is not in the Constitution. There is no mention anywhere in the Constitution that the federal government has any role in education. John Shadegg
We’ve got to teach history based not on what’s in fashion but what’s important—why the Pilgrims came here, who Jimmy Doolittle was, and what those 30 seconds over Tokyo meant. … And let me offer lesson number one about America: All great change in America begins at the dinner table. So, tomorrow night in the kitchen I hope the talking begins. And children, if your parents haven’t been teaching you what it means to be an American, let ‘em know and nail ‘em on it. That would be a very American thing to do. Ronald Reagan
It is an object of vast magnitude that systems of education should be adopted and pursued which may not only diffuse a knowledge of the sciences but may implant in the minds of the American youth the princip
les of virtue and of liberty and inspire them with just and liberal ideas of government and with an inviolable attachment to their own country. Noah Webster
Most countries that beat America on international tests give their students that choice. … In Belgium, the government spends less than American schools do on each student, but the money is attached to the kids. … In public education, our land of the free is now a bunch of local fiefs, where petty-bureaucrats-turned-lords-of-the-manor decide whether you can get a decent education, and parents must go to them, begging for their children’s future.  … When a government monopoly limits competition, we can’t know what ideas would bloom if competition were allowed. … But its government that gives us monopolies. So why do we entrust something as important as our children’s education to a government monopoly? … . Competition is a lot smarter than bureaucratsJohn Stossel Children should be educated and instructed in the principles of freedomJohn Adams
Education is a weapon whose effects depend on who holds it in his hands and at whom it is aimedJoseph Stalin
If a nation expects to be ignorant – and free – in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be. Thomas Jefferson
Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak mindsAlbert Einstein
[V] Global temperature changes are a natural process occurring since long before the human species inhabited the earth. Every nation should participate in a scientific and common sense agenda towards cleaning up Earth’s air and water and keeping it that way. It is an international project, but each nation must conduct its efforts in maintaining clean air and water resources according to their conditions and should not jeopardize each nation’s sovereignty.
[VI] Each bill proposed in Congress must be stand alone and have within its articles only that which it was designated and named for – no unrelated articles or amendments should ever be packaged with another bill. That practice is not transparent government. It is a tool for politicians who sneak in amendments at the last minute hoping it will pass unnoticed; and too often it does. It is the responsibility of the President of the United States to know just exactly WHAT he/she is signing. It is up to the Supreme Court to ensure it passes constitutional law. And, most importantly, the initial responsibility of the American voter is to ensure that candidates for public office are chosen for their constitutional mindfulness and their respect for the law instead of seeking loopholes to push forward their political and personal agenda. Legislators, today and in the past, have considered that the amount of legislation passed counts towards good statesmanship; however, it is not the quantity but the quality, as it is in choosing our personal friends and associates.
[VII] In addition, executive orders signed by presidents should not counter the Constitution of the United States. The US Supreme Court is responsibly for ensuring that executive orders comply with constitutional law, regardless what political party member is holding office of the President of the United States.
[VIII] Presently the House of Representatives is sponsoring a bill (more than 50%) that will provide an audit system for this government entity that has promoted government control and monopoly over the banking and financial institutions of America. We have seen the results. Americans have the least savings accounts in most countries of the world. Who would suffer the indignity of receiving less than 1% interest while banks charge ten times that (and more) for interest paid on mortgages? The complete audit program was sponsored by Rep. Ron Paul initially and has picked up momentum since last summer. It might get through more quickly if so much time wasn’t spent on the healthcare bill that belongs in the garbage receptacle of no return.
[IX] No government should be in control of or own a private business entity. History points how tyranny has come of it, and the US Constitution does not provide that power to the government, any branch, in no manner of form.
[X] In addition, no elected official shall be assigned benefits that provide retirement funds received after serving public office; and no raises will be given on an automatic basis. A bill will be presented to the House and Senate for approval each time the legislators feel it is time for a salary raise. It would be beneficial if the bill was required to receive a two-thirds majority before passing a salary hike. Too often Congress has raised their salaries up to 33%, while only providing military and civilian personnel a 3% pay hike. That practice must stop NOW.
[XI] Politicians, particularly the Democrats are constantly demanding a withdrawal date or a sunset upon military missions; all the while not adhering to their own political diatribe. Too often bad legislation is passed and instead of rescinding or revising, Congress just funnels taxpayer funding into it thinking that more money will solve problems. A sunset regulation will help deter this problem.
[XII] Promising a transparent government in the Election of 2008, the Democratic-controlled Congress was holding legislation discussion behind closed doors, and some members of Congress were restricted from those meetings. That is not transparent government – that is Marxism.

Keeping an Eye on the Ball – Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin was introduced to America as a refreshing new face in the Republican Party, with an impressive, if not controversial tenure as Governor of Alaska, she was bound to make enemies in her zeal to reform and stamp out corruption and wasting tax dollars. But her legacy is not over. She has slipped in amongst disconcerted conservatives who have formed their own coalition against the two-party traditional system rife with good old boy mentality and a political monopoly – and representing the concept of what made Sarah Palin a rogue. Democrats and Republicans will be at each others throat at the drop of a hat, but when it comes to a third party candidate or independent – they will stand together to prevent the breaking up of their monopoly – and in this political fray the rights and liberties are disintegrating into a collective environment and a mentality where political party supersedes anything – the welfare of the American people, it’s sovereignty and the very existence of the nation as a republic and world power.
Sarah Palin is rugged, yet feminine, she’s like a neighbor but knows her way around political byways. She may make errors in political discussions but remains resolved in principles, American tradition and the founder’s concept of a republic and seeks to destroy corruption no matter where it originates. Sarah is firm in standards, but compassionate when the time calls for it. Her home life is pretty much like across America, her family important and their future guarded.

She may have accepted the tag of being a rogue, but her patriot protection of the Constitution, people’s rights and tried and proven American traditions has made her one of the people.
C. Edmund Wright wrote at American Thinker in his article Hating Sarah, 11/29/2009, describing this new phenomenon, a refreshing breeze and one of the symbols of the SAR – Reform America movement that the Democrats (and their media lackeys) scoff and the GOP is uncomfortable about:

The Alaska Governor is far more than someone who appeals to the (conservative) base; she is someone who can make the base appeal to America. This compact yet comprehensive diagnosis was made in the early hours of the Palin Derangement Syndrome (PDS) outbreak, when Sarah Palin was first being introduced to the nation. It still rings true as the Jurassic media continues a childish obsession with someone who does not control a single government lever. …

To corroborate and condense the many valid commentaries out there on the Palin effect, allow me to submit diagnosis PDS 2:

The persistence and even growth of Palin’s popularity and impact on the national discussion now makes unavoidable the reality of the elitists’ worst fear: that there are more of us than there are of them. And we now realize it. … Part of it is fear that she will indeed hold public office again.  But it goes even deeper than that. …

Palin and Reagan are similar in that they both can use a few simple words and communicate more truth to average Americans than the media elites can with rambling professorial or lawyer speak.  When she told Charlie Gibson that “you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska,” she refers to a profound sense of reality one automatically gets when you see your mortal enemy every single day. … Her comment about the Soviet Union would be no different than Joe Biden claiming he has a deep understanding of Amtrak service into Wilmington and how to fleece taxpayers for his transportation. When Reagan quipped “tell ‘em the bombing starts in five minutes,” he spoke volumes about the good guys, the bad guys, our relative capabilities and our moral imperative.  Brevity is the soul of wit — and does not require a teleprompter. Many Americans understood the genius in that so-called off-handed comment instantly.  Oh, so did Gorbachev. But to liberals uncomfortable with the idea of America having any moral imperatives or to moderate pundits and strategists afraid to choose corn flakes without referencing a focus group report, such certitude based on common sense and love of country is unsettling. … They are the self proclaimed best and brightest and there are more folks who believe that than who believe otherwise — or so they think. … When Stormin’ Norman Schwarzkopf was rolling through Iraq in Gulf War I, George Bush 41 was feared with a 90% approval rating.  Then he stopped Norman from stormin’ and misread his own lips on taxes and faded into an abyss with only 38% of the vote in 1992

And of course, we saw the elites fear and hate Bush 43 the Cowboy as he enjoyed approval ratings over 80% for months.  Under fire, he forgot that most people love cowboys and he hung up his hat and spurs.  Thus he limped into history with barely one in five Americans’ approval — ironically discrediting a conservative movement he never believed really existed. So while the elites eventually beat back Gingrich and the Bushes, they seem to know they will never do that to Palin.  They never could do it to Reagan either.  Like Reagan, Palin seems to arrive at her beliefs with too much foundation to ever rattle.  That gives power to her spoken and written words that other Americans can sense. Yes, there are more of us than there are of them.  Sarah Palin has reminded us — and them — of that fact.  And it drives them bananas.

Mr. Wright has written the best analysis of Sarah Palin I have yet to read.
I haven’t had the opportunity to read Sarah Palin’s book, Going Rogue: An American Life, but I am sure it will be a better insight on who or what she is all about.
The media have ganged up on her and the political elite in power have publicly ridiculed her, but it is not because of her ineptness. Mr. Wright was correct. The media, along with Democrats, tried to make President Reagan look the buffoon – but he maintained his cool and his character and just returned shots back in satirical humor. But anyone knowing him beyond the façade of congeniality, there was a sense of purpose – and nothing was worth losing integrity and honor. No, Ronald Reagan or Sarah Palin are not super heroes, they are just exceptional human beings that maintaining truth and honesty far outweigh any head games the opposition can think of – even within their own ranks of political entities; and truly believe and live the code they represent of virtue, honor and country is still or can still be the American way.
For whatever personal reasons, be it quest for power or believing in Utopia, Americans have slowly given in to the undermining agenda of socialism and communism and giving it another name or coined phrase doesn’t change the gist of its political philosophy. The concept of a republic and the philosophy gathered from classic education is what aided the founders of this nation to do the remarkable things they did. They too were not super heroes, but they strived to be so, humbly and with purpose, through their perseverance in creating and maintaining a republic that would last and would be a role model for the rest of the world to emulate.
Keep an open eye upon Sarah Palin – she, and those with true hearts, may be the true hope and the spearhead to achieve the goals of those who are advocating a second revolution, a revolution of reform not against the government but those who have abused it for far too long. One in which will transform America into a reformation age, instead of a paragraph or two in the book of world history.
With the release of Sarah Palin’s book – which hit the charts as a bestseller immediately – she still remains a threat to the progressive establishment of socialism in America. The fading away of American traditions in favor of modge podge of cultural groups and the republic-killing concept of multiculturalism, believing that political correctness and hate crime and hate speech laws will alter the dark side of human behavior, that guns create crimes, the Constitution is flexible and a living document and that tradition and history must be tossed aside for the new even when the old proved to be the most workable. All this and completely ignoring the reality that it is the morality and the honor of virtue that stems back the tide of corruption and crime – that which they so vehement against in the name in which they deem is liberalism.
The progressive-liberal-socialists are continually whining about smear campaigns, but, after analysis and examination one can readily see, time after time. they wrote the book on the subject and most outrageous accusations that they themselves are guilty of.
Sarah Palin has been getting bad reviews, mostly from the normal progressive crowd, but reality is what Mr. Wright wrote about her in one of his articles:

It is pretty obvious that the liberal media’s reaction to Sarah Palin is driven by their two camps: those who don’t understand herand a small but growing number who do and are scared to death.

Indeed, it is pretty obvious from the very day it was announced she would run as Vice President of the United States. They didn’t care nothing about her principles or character – they had to put a media blitz on her tail and destroy her image.
Sarah Palin is a survivor.

First woman to be Governor of Alaska [2006-2009] and was Senator John McCain’s running mate in the 2008 presidential election and the first woman Vice Presidential candidate on the Republican ticket.
Sarah Palin was a surprise to the nation when she was chosen to be the Vice Presidential candidate on the McCain campaign for President of the United States in 2008 – an unknown figure in national politics. She had only met John McCain once and briefly had conversations over telephone calls before McCain’s election team landed in Alaska to secure her agreement to run as Vice President for the GOP.
A true conservative, she is also a creationist. Palin is far-right politically when it comes to certain issues like abortion that she opposes even in the case of rape or incest, favors abstinence-only sex education, and doesn’t believe in the consensus theory of global warming in the sense that human activity is responsible.
In 2006 she involved herself with the proposed construction of the Alaskan bridge that came to be known as the Bridge to Nowhere, but withdrew her support in 2007 after it became a negative political issue.
As governor, she often conducted business concerning her office via an unsecured Yahoo! Email account. In August of 2008, her email account was hacked and portions of the mailbox were posted to a public internet website.
During her tenor as governor, Alaska Legislative Council conducted an ethics probe concerning the dismissal of the Alaska Public Safety Commissioner, Walt Monegan, who refused to fire Michael Wooten, a state trooper engaged in a bitter divorce with Governor Palin’s sister. The council, 10 Republicans and 4 Democrats, determined that Palin had personally tried to get Wooten fired, and had abused her power as Governor and violated the state’s Executive Branch Ethics Act. Although Palin had promised full cooperation with the probe, all seven subpoenaed members of Palin’s staff refused to honor their subpoenas.
During the 2008 election, Sarah Palin attracted large crowds looking to her as a refreshing new candidate to go to Washington. In October of 2008, a NBC and Wall Street Journal public opinion poll’s statistics showed that 55% of the American public felt that Ms. Palin was not qualified to run as a Vice President candidate. Soon the media got wind of dissent between McCain and Palin, mostly because Ms. Palin didn’t follow the advice of how the political game was to be played through McCain’s experience. Even Fox News had reported negative articles about her stating that she was unaware that Africa was a continent.
On July 3rd 2009, Ms. Palin announced her resignation earlier than the time for her to leave office, not wanting to be a governor in a lame duck status, as well as concerns about family and ongoing probes. The resignation became official on July 26th 2009.

 Sarah Palin Quote Collection

On abortion, October 2008 interview with Katie Couric, CBS – I think it should be a states’ issue not a federal government-mandated, mandating yes or no on such an important issue. I’m, in that sense, a federalist, where I believe that states should have more say in the laws of their lands and individual areas. …it’s no secret that I’m pro-life that I believe in a culture of life is very important for this country. Personally that’s what I would like to see further embraced by America.

Economy – It was predator lenders who tried to talk Americans into thinking that it was smart to buy a $300,000 house if we could only afford a $100,000 house. There was deception, and there was greed and there is corruption. … We need to demand from the federal government strict oversight of those entities in charge of our investments and our savings.

Remarks concerning Barack Obama – The answer is to make government bigger … take more of your money … give you more orders from WashingtonAmerica needs more energy … our opponent is against producing it. … Terrorist states are seeking nuclear weapons without delay … he wants to meet them without preconditions. Al Qaeda terrorists still plot to inflict catastrophic harm on America … he’s worried that someone won’t read them their rights? Government is too big … he wants to grow it. Congress spends too much … he promises more. Taxes are too high … he wants to raise them.

We believe that the best of America is not all in Washington, DC … We believe that the best of America is in these small towns that we get to visit, and in these wonderful little pockets of what I call the real America

Barack Obama can give an entire speech about the wars America is fighting, and never use the word “victory” except when he’s talking about his own campaign.

Divorce Todd? Have you seen Todd? I may be just a renegade hockey mom, but I’m not blind!

But here’s a little news flash for all those reporters and commentators: I’m not going to Washington to seek their good opinion – I’m going to Washington to serve the people of this country. Americans expect us to go to Washington for the right reasons, and not just to mingle with the right people.

My fellow citizens, the American presidency is not supposed to be a journal of personal discovery.

The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s ‘death panel’ so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their ‘level of productivity in society,’ whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil.

They say the difference between a hockey mom and a pitbull is lipstick.

I am pro-life and I believe that marriage should only be between a man and a woman.

Politics isn’t just a game of competing interests and clashing parties. The people of America expect us to seek public office and to serve for the right reasons. And the right reason is to challenge the status quo and to serve the common good.

No one expects us to agree on everything. But we are expected to govern with integrity, good will, clear convictions, and … a servant’s heart.

I was just your average hockey mom and signed up for the PTA because I wanted to make my kids’ public education better.

I think as well today of two other women who came before me in national elections. I can’t begin this great effort without honoring the achievements of Geraldine Ferraro in 1984, and, of course, Senator Hillary Clinton, who showed such determination and grace in her presidential campaign.

Personal Analysis
November 19th 2009 – While Sarah Palin has a following, mostly in the Heartland of America and the idea that she has gone rogue, she still has some issues that place a shadow on her viability as presidential candidate: her extreme stance upon the abortion issue and requires being more specific as to what her policy position would be. She has already established that her personal belief that abortion is wrong unless the mother’s life is in danger and has stated that abortion is not acceptable in incest and rape cases, and that foster care and adoption programs are a more moral solution. Her issues on Social Security are sketchy, even during the 2008 campaign for VP. These issues could be strengthened and further analyzed if indeed she intends to and does run in the 2012 presidential election. In the meantime, the American voters are responsible to clean out Congress and replace members who are constitutionalists and support limited government reform to prepare for the enactment of the Second American Revolution.
