Today I have a listing of general news and events …
The Obamacare System is Collapsing – Floyd Brown … it’s collapsing before it can be implemented. … It’s so complex and byzantine that the government is struggling to implement the law. … The full implementation of Obamacare is supposed to happen January 1, 2014. But how are the 45 million uninsured Americans supposed to sign up if there isn’t a place to sign up? … Health insurance rates are doubling, tripling and even quadrupling. [no source given] Aetna has announced that it’s pulling the plug on California. … Opponents of Obamacare don’t have much courage. If they did, Obamacare would already be gone. … The best plan of action is not to aid Obama and try to fix it piecemeal. Allow it to fail in full view so voters become committed to total repeal.
Supreme Court Ruling You Didn’t Hear About – Marty Biancuzzo: In Houston, Texas, a citizen was not read his Miranda rights and the court used the Fifth Amendment rights against him. The US Supreme Court ruled against the defendant, Mr. Salinas; who went to the police station voluntarily when officers asked to speak to him. The Supreme Court ruled that Salina’s silence could be used against him because of one key factor: When police ask potentially damaging questions, merely keeping your mouth shut is not the same as invoking your right to remain silent. According to the Supreme Court if you speak any words when being questioned, you lose your Fifth Amendment rights. Is it not despicable that the justices in our Supreme Court knows less than the common citizen? It is not that they do not know the Bill of Rights, they pick and choose what they want to pay attention to, like the other two branches of government.
The US spends at least $80 billion a year on intelligence operations and yet federal leadership insists that we do not secure our southern borders and continue to allow illegal aliens to enter and remain in the United States with no background check. American citizens are spied upon by leadership who is not required any background check in order to campaign for public office in federal government, mistakenly relying upon the media to objectively investigate the background of candidates. BH Obama is a prime example that limitations provided by the Constitution must be adhered to, as well as a complete background check of ALL candidates for public office be conducted as part of the candidates application.
A jury in South Bend, Indiana has found that fraud put President Obama and Hillary Clinton on the presidential primary ballot in Indiana in the 2008 election. Two Democratic political operatives were convicted Thursday night in the illegal scheme after only three hours of deliberations. They were found guilty on all counts. Former longtime St. Joseph County Democratic party Chairman Butch Morgan Jr. was found guilty of felony conspiracy counts to commit petition fraud and forgery, and former county Board of Elections worker Dustin Blythe was found guilty of felony forgery counts and falsely making a petition, after being accused of faking petitions that enabled Obama, then an Illinois Senator, to get on the presidential primary ballot for his first run for the White House. Morgan was accused of being the mastermind behind the plot.
General Electric Co. is quietly cutting off lending to gun shops, as the company rethinks its relationship to firearms amid the fallout from the school shooting in Newtown, Conn. This month, Glenn Duncan, owner of Duncan’s Outdoor Store in Bay City, Mich., said he received a letter from GE Capital Retail Bank in which the lender said it had made “the difficult decision” to stop providing financing services to his store. Other gun dealers have received similar notices. … Days after the killings, private-equity firm Cerberus Capital Management LP said it would try to sell the gun company it owns—Freedom Group Inc.— which makes brands including Remington, Bushmaster, Marlin and H&R.
The Schumer-Toomey-Manchin Bill will expand background checks to include private transactions. Commercial firearm sales require that it be made by a federal licensed firearm dealer. It consists of a series of traps that include an indirect taxation. Remember how the feds [and states] overtax tobacco in order to prevent the use of tobacco products – well this bill will also open a Pandora Box that will make firearms and ammunition unaffordable, eventually. Sarah Palinas sworn that any senator who agrees and helps pass this bill will get no support from her, the Tea Party organization or the SuperPac crowd. It also provides the attorney general with certain actions, as Conservative Byte points out.
Congress should have voted him out when they had the chance. It is hard enough fighting socialists without Republicans turning RINO. It is why We the People need constitutionalists – not Republicans or Democrats.
