This is the year that the Republicans can gain Senate majority, but the RINOs must go in order to do what is needed to be done and that list includes the Speaker of the House, Boehner.
The two major actions needed to be focused upon is the immigration amnesty issue and Obamacare – added to the TARP issue to institute a debt ceiling, stop the Internet tax bill and start doing something about Benghazi.
Ann Coulterwrote in her article that the last three items are not as important; but I disagree. In fact the list is not complete. Ms. Coulter seems to think that a senator or representative cannot walk and chew gum too. And if they cannot – they do not belong in Congress.
A Constitutional Convention needs to be enacted in order to repeal the 16th Amendment and get rid of the income tax system and the IRS power once and for all.
Right now, as Republicans are preparing for election or reelection, some are once again faking loyalty to the Tea Party cause. They did the same thing last election.
It is time that RINO Republicans who say one thing and do another become harder to find in the seats of Congress, and it is up to you, the voters to do it. Yes, Democrats have to be replaced, their political club is rift with corruption and there is not any among them worth the money they are paid. But Republican members need to perform some soul-searching and decide if they are going to be constitutionalists or just political whores and wind bags.
And, to Ms. Coulter: You may not think it is an important issue concerning Internet taxation by federal government, but it is not just collecting MORE taxes from already financially strapped America – it is about gaining control of the last bastion of freedom – the Internet.
There are many issues on the table because We the People have not taken our responsibility as voters seriously. We have relied too much upon the media, who indirectly decides who wins primaries and how elections turn out. It is way past the time that We the People need control, and that cannot happen when voters think it does not matter who they vote for because they are all crooks. That is a cop-out and admittance to the fact that if government is filled with corruption, ultimately the blame falls upon those who put them in office.
Voters should be as careful about voting as one would be purchasing an automobile or a home – you need to ensure you get your money’s worth.
More lies from the Obama administration, this time statistics on illegal aliens being deported, not enforcing laws from the executive branch leadership while ICE personnel are risking their lives to enforce the laws that the White House does not recognize.
Here is the interview with Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Arizona …
President Obama has skipped another national security meeting, according to Weekly Standard.
His domestic scene is a shambles with Democrat Socialists pushing to make the public like Obamacare with Joe Bidenout like he was an insurance agent canvassing. During his display of stupidity, in front of KTVK-TV cameras, while visiting a Pancake House in Scottsdale, Arizona, he stopped at the interest and sat down with a woman named Jackie visiting from Canada, and stated:
Everybody young signs up for health care. It’s affordable. You can get subsidies to do it, and it’s in your interest. And if you don’t even want to do it yourself, do it for your parents. Give them peace of mind.
Perplexed, the Canadian said:
I just didn’t know if I should just say ‘I’m sorry.
She also added that she was for health care reform and hoped it worked for people in the United States. Unfortunately, Obamacare is not a “fix” by any means, and certainly not “reform”. It is control over one of the most important aspects of the private sector – soon to be nationalized near you.
How does Obama make decisions as President of the United States?
Hired political rival as his Secretary of State because (a) he read that Lincoln surrounded himself with rivals, (b) avoid criticism from her and ensure that she would not run against him in 2012. (Remember that he stated that if he did not improve the economy he would not seek reelection in 2012?) How about (c) – All of the Above.
Hired someone who thinks global warming is a bigger threat than terrorists with airplanes or Mullahs with nuclear weapons. Reason is not clear, other than it is a person who does not question how Obama performs his authority.
Hired someone who plays dangerous games with Mexican drug cartels and made deals with them and the Mexican government; while enforcing laws via the Department of Justice on a pick-and-choose basis. Not clear why this person was not fired from his position.
Big government is seeking new ways to keep tabs on citizens. Not just for criminal activity, but anyone or any organization that counters government policies or disagrees with the developing Big Brother system. Since the UK has already begun such things through what is called National License Plate Recognition Database, a citizen could be on a terror watch list just for being part of a protest/demonstration or belong to an organization seeking a constitutional government like the Tea Party movement. Sound familiar? This was what the IRS and NSA scandal was all about.
After the feds studied the system already in place in the UK, Homeland Security hit the news, at least covered by a few media sites, certainly not the Obama propaganda machine (corporate media networks) like CBS, ABC, NBC, MSN.
I guess the federal study is over because the system is to be activated. As usual, it is under the pretense to fight against terrorism. When the government considers a peaceful organization like the Tea Party entity as radical, subversive, racial, and anti-government – the enemy of the state – then this is just another method to keep tabs on that organization and any private citizen they deem fit to put under surveillance. It is not only tyranny, but costly; when a government is so deep in national debt already.
… The lying has not stopped. I represent one TEA Party group, TEA Party Patriots, who applied in December of 2010, they still don’t have their (c)(4) status. There are lies upon lies in this ugly episode. The Commissioner of the IRS lied to Congress, lied…I believe it was this Committee in March of 2012 or April 2012, he said there was no targeting. How many communications from the IRS to Congress, who inquired about this status of application and whether there was targeting — how many communications were there, in which agents of the IRS told Congress that there was no targeting? Those are lies. Lying to Congress is a crime. The Department of Justice has refused to investigate who it was that was responsible for releasing the confidential tax information of Koch Industries to the President’s Economic Advisor who in turn released it to the press. Or who released the National Organization of Marriages tax returns? I represent NOM. We sued the IRS to try to get to the bottom of why our confidential tax information was made available to our political opponents. Where’s the FBI, in investigating? That’s a criminal offense. It’s a criminal offense to also for the IRS to release the confidential donor information of the Texas Public Policy Foundation, and the Republican Governor’s Public Policy Council — conservative organization’s donor information was released by the IRS — that’s a criminal offense. Who’s investigating that?
Joan B., Illinois sent me an email with a link to a Fox News opinion article that raises the question: Why, We the People, allow the federal government to control one of the most important aspects of our nation, any nation, any civilization? A government that has inserted progressive socialism into a government that is supposed to be based upon a constitutional republic. A government whose elected officials, for decades, has slowly ignored our constitution for various reasons of their own, and who We the People allowed to be re-elected for several obscure reasons mostly due to lessening knowledge of the workings of a constitutional republic crafted by wise men who received classical education and thought far beyond their time.
Todd Starnes was the author of that article that Joan provided the link for, addressing the fact that the progressive-liberal is always concerned about sensibilities (emotion is a tool to a socialist) while ignoring or being selective as to who is actually being offended.
